Neeraj, The importance of your offer to set this up has really sunk in today and even more so tonight. After a call with one person on the group today, I am convinced we need to stay in touch as a group on a very regular basis, especially at this stage, when a lot of people do not know each other or are getting to know each other. I am concerned that people may feel isolated. And the isolation inevitably leads to the mind posing all sorts of fears and questions.

I am not a good writer, so I hope you will all forgive me for posting stream of consciousness thoughts.

The other thought that went through my mind today is the insecurity of getting this great group of people together. However, I keep getting the message to surrender and stay true to the gut or instinct or "just doing the right thing" and everything will just happen the way it is meant to.

Finally, I want to report that Neil Stroul, an ex-coach of Mike and mine and a teacher at Georgetown coaching program has decided to explore Begumpura with us. This is very exciting given Neil's 20-odd years of coaching experience. Neil is currently a partner with Kenning Associates but wants to explore if he is more aligned with the mission of Begumpura.

I meet Cliff for the first time tomorrow. And am very much looking forward to it.

Neeraj, is there any way we can get people to get an email when there is a new post.

Thanks again and looking forward to this blogging experience.
